We are looking for a Project Manager for a NYC government project.

Tasks & Duties
•  Develop comprehensive project management plans
•  Lead the planning and implementation of project
•  Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
•  Define project tasks and resource requirements
•  Manage project execution from start through completion
•  Plan and schedule project timelines
•  Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
•  Provide direction and support to project team
•  Provide management reporting and information dissemination
•  Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
•  Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
•  Publish project meeting agendas and minutes from discussions
•  Provide project quality assurance
•  Develop quality assurance metrics to measure outputs
•  Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
•  Ensure all projects changes meets the developed quality assurance metrics before it is released to the user community

Required Skills
•  Minimum 7 Years Experience in overseeing large scaled, complex projects, comprised of a number of deliverables and/or number of phases
•  Minimum 7 Years Focal point of contact for Issuing Entity regarding project status, meetings, reporting requirements, scope changes, and issues and concerns raised by staff or Issuing Entity
•  Minimum 7 Years Experience with management of timeline as Desired Skill: Making sure the tasks are as per the scheduled date and timely reporting of the project status to the management as per the project plan
•  Minimum 7 Years Experience in Business Analysis and Project Management Techniques, SCRUM and Agile Development Methodologies and Sprint Delivery
