Ariel is looking for Principle Oracle Software and Operating System to provide technical support to USAODC for all stages of the system development life cycle, as applicable, including requirements analysis, system design, construction of forms and reports, unit and system integration testing, implementation support, and preparation of technical documentation. Contractor would provide ongoing maintenance and minor enhancements for existing Oracle database applications. The design, construction, testing, implementation, and maintenance of interfaces with internal business users and external criminal justice agencies also would be conducted by Contractor.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS
·        Must have active Secret Clearance
·        Knowledge of Oracle Internet Application Server (11g), Forms 11g and Report Builder 11.1, SQL*Plus, and SQL*Net, 11g RDBMS, 11gAS, Oracle WebUtil
·        Knowledge of ORACLE operations in the distributed and thin client server environments
·        Knowledge of Storage Area Networks (SAN), Network Appliances
·        Knowledge of Windows 2010, 32 and 64 bit.
Personal Computer Systems:
·        Knowledge of IBM compatible personal computer systems related hardware devices 
·        Knowledge of Windows 10 OS
·        Knowledge of personal computer application systems including Word 2016, Excel, TOAD, Visual Studio 2013.
Systems Development Methodology
·        Knowledge of data modeling and process modeling using Oracle Designer or similar tools.              
·        Knowledge of requirements analysis and system definition reports and documentation.
·        Skills in providing end user training.
·        Skills in project planning.
·        Skills writing user and system manuals.
