GRC Cyber Security Engineer

We are hiring for Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) Consultant & Engineer to provide ongoing engineering and integration support for multiple eGRC Platform solutions to include the implementation of Assessment and Authorization, Continuous Monitoring and Security Operations Management use cases for Commercial and Federal programs.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of implementation experience using the GRC RSA Archer tool suite
  • 2+ years of experience inclusive of:
    • experience with security tool(s)
    • experience in supporting roles in phased deployments of security solutions
    • superior interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
    • systems administration
    • install and configure systems such as security applications
    • apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
    • develop and maintain installation and configuration documentation
  • Ability to work in team environment
Desired Skills
  • 1 year in consulting with clients to define needs and issues, developing requirements, and analyzing findings to advise and recommend solutions to clients
  • 1-year programming experience (any language) - i.e., knowing what the following are: if/then statements, loops, variables, etc.
  • 1-year RDBMS experience (any RDBMS) - i.e., writing queries and data modeling
  • 1-year Windows Server administration experience - i.e., installation and configuration of Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server
  • 1-year web GUI design and programming
  • 1 year of coding experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of:
    • FISMA Risk Management Framework
    • SOC operations and risk assessment
    • Incident Response practices
  • RSA Certified Archer Administrator or RSA Certified Advanced Administrator is preferred
