Change Management Analyst

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant for a 6+ month project in NYC.  Candidates MUST be local.  
 
Consultant will train Agency users on creating inspection request in the new BQA application. They will make sure there is a smooth transition from the current direct order receiving system to the new BQA inspection system. They will also train desk staff for future ongoing support after go live. 
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing specialized knowledge in change management and new systems implementation and end user training.
  • Designs Training material based on needs and technical considerations.
  • Define and document the change management process, responsibilities andexpectations for deliverables; Create change management plans, resourceallocation plans and schedules
  • Analyzes job tasks, organizational structure and user requirements to providesystem-wide solutions.
  • Applies change management analytical expertise to assist in defining, analyzing,validating and documenting complex operating environments, states oftechnology and current processes
  • Experience in inspection system change management and implementation.
  • Lead internal and external consultative change management and training sessionsfor projects, including highly complex, large, multi-module and multi-trackprojects with stakeholders
  • Develop documentation, plans, training material, training videos, posters,presentations etc.
  • Assist with project management activities to ensure all deliverables are met ontime and meet business requirements.
  • Plan Change management for Existing Information Systems, Datasets and system users todetermine steps for integration, and adoption of new technology solutions.
  • Enforcing the client engagement team’s protocol and developing scripts for the clientengagement team
  • Developing learning curriculum and materials to promote understanding across allCitywide Agencies and DCAS-OCP stakeholder groups
  • Prepare and deliver trainings and presentations for all initiatives Document functional business changes to account for expected organization and roleimpacts, translating findings into content for communication, training and changeactivities which results in behavioral change
  • Holistically analyze partners’ operating, regulatory and policy environments to informimplementation plans and mitigate risks;
  • Develop and measure the effectiveness of change management plans; and Producedocumentation to enable efficient decision-making at all organizational levels
