FIM (Foundational Infrastructure Modernization) Functional Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to assist our client with the implementation of datacenter technologies for key IT projects. Relevant experience in routing and switching, and datacenter technologies is required. The consultant will be assisting with architecture design planning and implementing changes.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:  Network – Routing and Switching: design and deploy.

TASKS:
  • Participate and manage assigned elements of large IT infrastructure project related to datacenter technologies.
  • Propose datacenter technology solution to meet the business requirements and at the same time meet client’s Best practices guidelines.
  • Discuss with the client Architect team, program management, and business for any uniqueness
  • in the solution proposed.
  • Expert level componence with ACI technology.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered
 
  • At least 8 years of project management experience implementing datacenter technologies for key IT projects.
  • Experience in routing and switching, and datacenter technologies is required
  • At least 1 primary coding language such as: Python, NodeJS, Golang
  • Hands on experience with the following skills  and expertise are required as well:
  • Kubernetes
  • Azure and Azure DevOps
  • AWS
  • VMware
  • Terraform
  • Ansible
  • Helm
  • Pipelines
  • Bash and/or PowerShell scripting
