We are seeking a Senior RF Engineer (RCS Measurement) to work in Chantilly, VA.  
Job Description:
- Experience with instrumentation radars 
- Preferably Radar Cross Section Measurement  
- Design, analyze, test and integrate RF/Microwave circuits and systems
- Use RF engineering tools and techniques to optimize system-level performance
- Provide engineering support and hands-on troubleshooting for fielded products
- Develop and implement test and qualification procedures for RF assemblies and systems
- Domestic travel and occasional international travel will be required
Required Skills:
• BSEE from an ABET accredited school with related coursework such as electromagnetics, electronic circuit design, communication theory, remote sensing, 
•  8-15 years of experience in RF circuit design and applications.
• Understanding of electronic test equipment, laboratory environment, and troubleshooting techniques
• Professional and detail-oriented work ethic
• An ability to take direction but work independently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
Desired Skills:
• MSEE with focus in Electromagnetics and Microwave Engineering with10 + years of experience
• Experience with RF EDA software preferred (ADS, Genesys, Sonnet, Microwave Office, SPICE, etc...)
• Microwave circuit design and troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with analysis software tools (Matlab, MathCAD, etc)
• Coursework on radar systems or direct experience in the radar field
